Home, Apartment and Villa Moves Across Ajman — and to Dubai and Sharjah
Delight Movers UAE are movers and packers in Ajman for homes, apartments and villas — within Ajman and between Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai. From the towers of Al Nuaimiya and the Corniche to Emirates City and Al Zorah, we plan building access, Tasdeeq and EtihadWE paperwork and the route through Sharjah before moving day.
Our crews pack, move and set up with a fixed quote after a free survey.

Before you book
The cheapest quote isn’t always the cheapest move. Compare these before you book.
A quote based on a survey of everything you’re moving — not a guess over the phone.
Exactly what is packed, what materials are included and what is dismantled.
How many movers and trucks, and how long the move should take.
A registered company, a written quote, transit insurance available on request and a clear process if anything is damaged.
Permits and paperwork
Register your tenancy in Tasdeeq, connect EtihadWE and book your move with building management.
Ajman’s tenancy registration system, run by the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. The landlord registers the contract; you need it for utilities and a family visa. (Ejari is Dubai’s system and doesn’t apply in Ajman.)
Apply for service activation online with your Emirates ID and attested tenancy contract, then pay the deposit.
Request a clearance certificate online with UAE Pass, pay the final bill and choose how your deposit is refunded.
Many towers and gated communities ask for a move form, landlord NOC, cleared service charges and a lift booking — check early.
Ajman has a separate sewerage service from electricity and water, and some guides list a sewerage clearance or deposit as part of moving in. Ask your landlord or agent what applies to your unit, so it doesn’t hold up Tasdeeq or your keys.
The registration fee is a percentage of the annual rent with a minimum charge. Agree with your landlord who pays it before you sign.
Access and timing
Every Ajman–Dubai move crosses Sharjah, so a single truck runs under three emirates’ truck rules on one day. We plan the route and the start time around all three.

Dubai keeps trucks off Al Ittihad Road on its side and limits them on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) at peak hours. Emirates Road (E611) is often the easier truck route.
The Sharjah–Dubai commute builds from about 7am towards Dubai. An early load beats it — and the summer heat.
Weekdays away from month-end are usually the easiest to book, with the widest choice of lift slots.
Tasdeeq and EtihadWE in Ajman; Ejari and DEWA in Dubai.
How it works
A clear plan from survey to the last box unpacked.
In person or by video — we check volume, access, lifts and anything that needs crating.
A written quote, crew size and truck plan for your moving window.
Your landlord registers Tasdeeq and you book with your building; we supply our licence, truck and crew details.
Room-by-room packing, with floors, lifts and corridors protected before anything moves.
Loading in sequence, transport, reassembly and placement to your plan, with packing waste removed.
Local problems
Ajman is compact, but its truck rules are among the strictest in the northern emirates, and its busiest rental areas were not built with moving trucks in mind.
Ajman Police allow heavy trucks on Sheikh Zayed Street and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Street only outside long morning and afternoon-to-evening windows, with a full ban on other roads. We choose truck sizes and timings that keep your move legal, and confirm the current rules when we plan your date.
Back streets in Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya and Al Bustan are tight and full of parked cars by evening. We plan where the truck stops at the survey, and early starts find the most kerb space.
Many older buildings in central Ajman have one small lift — or none. We measure, dismantle large furniture to fit, and add crew for stair carries, all written on the quote.
Corniche and Al Nuaimiya towers often won’t book a move until service charges are cleared. Ask your landlord to confirm before you fix the date.
EtihadWE activates only with a Tasdeeq-registered contract. Register first, then book the movers, so you don’t arrive to a flat with no power.
Moving from Dubai
Many families and young professionals move from Dubai to Ajman for lower rents and larger homes. The furniture is the easy part; these are the changes people miss.
A move from a Dubai 1BHK into an Ajman 2BHK often comes with new furniture. Tell us about deliveries at the survey, so we can plan around them; assembly of new flat-pack furniture is an add-on.
Close Ejari and DEWA in Dubai for your move-out date; register Tasdeeq and open EtihadWE in Ajman before you move in.
The drive to Dubai crosses Sharjah, so test it at rush hour before you sign the lease, not after the move.
If the Dubai lease ends before the Ajman flat is ready, we can store your goods short term and deliver when you have the keys.

No. Ajman restricts heavy trucks for long morning and afternoon-to-evening windows on its main streets and bans them on other roads. We plan truck size and timing around the current rules.
