Al Quoz 1, 2 and 4
Large family villas, often with gardens, store rooms and outdoor furniture.

Home, Office, Warehouse and Storage Moves Across Al Quoz
Delight Movers UAE are movers and packers in Al Quoz for homes, offices, warehouses and studios. Al Quoz is two places in one — family villas and apartment communities on one side, Al Quoz Industrial 1 to 4 on the other — so we plan every move around the kind of property you're leaving and the roads a truck can use.
From a villa in Al Quoz 1 or an apartment at Al Khail Gate to a warehouse or gallery near Alserkal Avenue, our crews pack, move and set up with a fixed quote after a free survey.
Know the community
Al Quoz lies between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, and each part of it moves differently.
Large family villas, often with gardens, store rooms and outdoor furniture.
Apartment communities where moves follow building booking and lift rules.
Warehouses, workshops, showrooms and offices — stock, racking and equipment.
Galleries and studios in converted warehouses, where art and fragile pieces need careful handling.
Moving services
One team for homes, businesses and storage.

Whole-home moves with room-by-room packing, furniture dismantling, garden and outdoor items, and setup at your new address — within Al Quoz or anywhere in the UAE.

Offices, showrooms and warehouses moved after hours or at weekends — workstations, IT, stock and racking — to keep your business running.

Padded wrapping and custom crates for artwork, sculptures, mirrors and studio equipment, handled by trained crews.

Need space while you move or renovate? Our storage is available short- or long-term, with flexible plans and delivery when you’re ready.
Permits and paperwork
Villas usually need only landlord coordination; apartment buildings and business premises usually need a move booking or NOC from management.
Coordinate the moving date with your landlord or agent, and agree where the truck can park on the day.
Most buildings ask you to book a move slot with management and reserve the service lift.
Check your lease and landlord requirements for moving out, and plan loading-bay access at both premises.
Moving out? Cancel Ejari and clear your final DEWA bill (district cooling, if any, is closed separately). Moving in? Register Ejari so your DEWA connection can be activated.
Access and timing
Al Quoz lies between two very different roads for a truck. Larger trucks are kept off Sheikh Zayed Road during the day, while Al Khail Road is the usual way in and out — so we plan the route before we give you a start time.

We use permitted routes such as Al Khail Road and the inner Al Quoz roads, and time journeys around truck restrictions.
Industrial units often have yards or roller-shutter bays — we confirm access, headroom and truck size at both units during the survey.
Weekday working hours are busy with containers and delivery trucks. Early mornings, evenings and Sundays are usually easier for loading.
Evening and weekend moves keep offices and warehouses trading.
Early starts protect wood, leather, art and electronics from the heat.
How it works
A clear plan from survey to the last box unpacked.
In person or by video — we check volume, access, parking and anything that needs crating.
A written quote, crew size and truck plan for your moving window.
You confirm the move with your landlord or building; we supply our licence, truck and crew details.
Room-by-room packing, with floors, lifts and corridors protected before anything moves.
Loading in sequence, transport, reassembly and placement to your plan, with packing waste removed.
Local problems
Most of Dubai is either homes or business districts. Al Quoz is both, side by side, and the industrial side brings problems a normal home move doesn’t have.
Al Quoz 1 is not Al Quoz Industrial Area 1. The residential areas (Al Quoz 1, 2 and 4) and the industrial areas (Al Quoz Industrial 1 to 4) have similar names, and listings often mix them up. Send us a location pin, not just the area name.
Industrial streets look alike and many units only show a plot or warehouse number. Share a pin, the unit number and a contact who can open the gate.
Containers, delivery trucks and workshop traffic fill the industrial streets during working hours, which slows loading and parking.
Warehouses and older units can be very hot. We start early, and pack art, electronics and leather so they are not left in the heat.
Artwork and sculpture around Alserkal Avenue gets padded wrapping or a custom wooden crate, and a photo record before it leaves the wall.
Older villas in Al Quoz 1, 2 and 4 often have store rooms, garden furniture and garage items that add a lot of volume. We count them at the survey.
Business moves
A warehouse move goes wrong when the stock list, the loading bays and the new layout are not ready before the truck arrives. Use this list in the weeks before.
Tell us at the survey about machinery, safes or anything that needs a forklift or crane, and we will tell you what we can arrange.
The licence address has to match the new unit — normally updated with the Department of Economy and Tourism once the new lease is registered. Some industrial activities need extra approvals for new premises, so check before you sign.
Large moves can be split into phases over evenings and weekends, so part of the business keeps running while the rest moves.
We can arrange disposal, recycling or donation of old furniture you are not taking.
