What Packing Materials Do Movers Use, and Why?
Cheap movers wrap everything in plastic film and call it packed. Film keeps dust off, but it doesn't cushion anything. We use the right material for each item, and all of it is included in your quote.
How we pack difficult items:
- TVs and electronics — foam and padding on every side, in a reinforced box or a crate.

Do Packers Give You an Inventory of Your Boxes?
We do. Without an inventory there is no record of what was packed, so a missing box is your word against the mover's. Ours is shared with you, so you can check it.

What happens after the move
If a box is missing or damaged
Report it to your move coordinator in writing, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery. The inventory and box numbers are the record your coordinator checks against.
Unpacking means unpacked
When unpacking is booked, boxes are emptied into the cupboards and shelves of the rooms they are labelled for, and the cartons, wrap and paper are taken away with us — not left in a pile in the hall.
Passports, jewellery and documents
Keep passports, Emirates IDs, jewellery, cash and important documents with you on moving day rather than in a packed box.
