Apartment, Villa and Office Moves Across DSO
Delight Movers UAE are movers and packers in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) for apartments, villas and offices. DSO is part of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) and mixes residential towers, gated villa communities and free-zone businesses — so each move follows different rules.
From apartment buildings like Silicon Gates and Axis Residence to Cedre Villas, Semmer Villas and free-zone offices, our crews pack, move and set up with a fixed quote.
Know the community
Dubai Silicon Oasis sits at the junction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and the Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66), next to Academic City.
Buildings include Silicon Gates, Axis Residence, Binghatti, Coral Residence and Palace Tower.
A gated community of three- to five-bedroom villas, townhouses and twin villas.
Four-bedroom villas with a community centre and pools.
Tech and business offices in towers such as SIT Tower and Suntech Tower.
Moving services
Homes and offices across DSO.
Studios to three-bedroom apartments moved with lifts and corridors protected — within DSO or anywhere in the UAE.
Whole-villa moves with packing, dismantling, garden items and setup — including upsizing from a DSO apartment to a villa.
Office, workstation and IT equipment moves after hours or at weekends to keep your business running.
Full or partial packing, furniture assembly, TV mounting and storage between homes.
Permits and paperwork
Most DSO buildings and communities ask for move approval from building or community management, plus a booked service lift for apartments.
Ask building management for the move form and lift booking. Documents often include your Ejari or tenancy contract and Emirates ID.
Cedre Villas and similar communities usually need notice so security can let the truck and crew in.
Check your lease and the building’s requirements for moving business premises, and plan after-hours access.
Moving out? Cancel Ejari and clear your final DEWA bill (district cooling, if any, is closed separately). Moving in? Register Ejari so your DEWA connection can be activated.
Access and timing
DSO is easy to reach by truck from the E311 and E66, and there is no metro, so almost everyone drives. Timing still matters.
Direct access from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and the Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66). The E311 has peak-hour truck restrictions and heavy Sharjah-bound traffic, so we time the drive around them.
Term-time traffic from nearby Academic City is avoided with early starts.
We share truck and crew details in advance so community security can let us in.
Evening and weekend office moves keep free-zone businesses running.
How it works
A clear plan from survey to the last box unpacked.
In person or by video — we check volume, access, parking and anything that needs crating.
A written quote, crew size and truck plan for your moving window.
You request approval from your building or community; we supply our licence, truck and crew details.
Room-by-room packing, with floors, lifts and corridors protected before anything moves.
Loading in sequence, transport, reassembly and placement to your plan, with packing waste removed.
Local problems
DSO is run by its own authority and mixes towers, villas and free-zone offices on one site. That changes who you ask, and what can hold up a move.
The Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (part of DIEZ) runs the area and enforces its parking rules. We confirm where the truck can stand legally before the day.
Silicon Gates, Binghatti, Axis and the other towers each have their own management, move form, lift slots and deposits. Ask for them as soon as you have a date.
New buildings are still going up, so entrances, side roads and parking can change. We check the route and entrance in the week of the move.
Ask your landlord or building how your tenancy is registered and how electricity, water and any cooling are connected in your building, so the new account is live on moving day.
Free-zone offices
Moving within DSO is mostly a building matter. Moving out of DSO is a licence matter too, because a free-zone licence is tied to its zone.
A free-zone company usually has to operate inside its free zone. If you move to mainland Dubai or another free zone, ask DSOA or your business setup adviser what licence you will need before you sign a lease outside DSO.
We disconnect, pack, move and set up workstations, servers and screens. Network and data reconnection stay with your IT team or provider.
Files travel in sealed, numbered cartons and are checked off at the new office.
Larger offices can move in phases over evenings and weekends, so the business keeps running.
