Office move admin
The licence update depends on where your company is registered. Start it as soon as the new lease is signed — the steps run in order.
Register the new office lease in Tawtheeq. Your licence address and the new TAQA account both depend on it.
Update the licence address through TAMM. Moving the business between Abu Dhabi and Dubai usually means a branch or new licence in the other emirate, not just an address change.
On Al Maryah or Al Reem Island under ADGM, register the lease with ADGM Real Property first — the lease agreement alone isn't accepted for the address change.
File the registered office address change on the ADGM portal as soon as practicable after the move.
Abu Dhabi city bans trucks Monday to Thursday 6:30–9am and 3–7pm, and Friday 6:30–9am and 11am–1pm — evening and weekend office moves avoid them.

Yes, for most small and medium offices. The plan is built around the city's truck ban windows above — so loading starts once a ban window ends, not in the middle of one — and around the after-hours permission your building has to approve.
After the afternoon ban ends at 7pm, our crew packs files and shared areas. Staff have already boxed their personal desk items, and every desk carries its number from the new floor plan.
Your IT team backs up and shuts systems down. We disconnect and pack the hardware, then load after the Friday 11am–1pm ban window, in the lift slot facilities management has booked.
Delivery to the new office, workstations rebuilt to the floor plan and each labelled device and carton placed at its desk.
Your IT team reconnects and tests. Your coordinator walks the floor with you against the department-wise list before the crew leaves.

Downtime usually comes from unclear roles, not from the truck. Agree this split before moving day and Monday morning starts on time.
